Charles Arthur Ditamore, 72, died suddenly at his home, 106 Vance Street, Thursday at 5:15 p.m. (CDT). A resident of Crawfordsville for about 25 years, Mr Ditamore was a farmer before moving here. He was a member of the P. O. S. of A., and attended the First Christian Church. Mr. Ditamore was born in Tippecanoe county on Feb 21, 1878 the son of John and Sarah Schoch Ditamore. On Nov, 26 1903 he was married to Minnie Shanklin. Survivors include the wife; one son, John of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Sue Collins of Crawdordsville, and Mrs. Allie(sic) Henry of Tacoma, Wash.; one brother, Asa of Crawfordsville and one grandson. Funeral arrangements are as yet incomplete. Friends may pay their respects st the Proffitt and Sons funeral home. - kbz
